Purchase Option Cancellation Policy
Alessandra Russo Shop adheres to the following cancellation policy regarding purchase options:
Cancellation Window:
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours from the time of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.
Method of Cancellation:
Cancellations must be submitted via email to alessandrarussoshop@gmail.com (mailto:alessandrarussoshop@gmail.com). Please include your order number, name, and the specific items you wish to cancel in the email.
Exceptions:
Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been processed or shipped.
Custom orders, personalized items, or items marked as "final sale" cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Refund Process:
If your cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, a refund will be processed within 10 business days. However, the refund will be issued back to the original method of payment, minus any transaction or processing fees incurred by Alessandra Russo Shop.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 15% may be applied if the cancellation involves items that have been prepared or partially processed for shipping.
No Partial Cancellations:
Partial cancellations of an order are not permitted. If you wish to cancel part of your order, you will need to cancel the entire order within the stated time frame.
Policy Enforcement:
This policy is enforced to ensure fair treatment for all customers and to manage inventory effectively. Exceptions are rare and at the sole discretion of Alessandra Russo Shop.
