Refund policy

Returning your purchase with ALESSANDRA RUSSO SHOP  is a straightforward process. You can send your item back from the nearest post office or participating tobacconists. Simply send an email to alessandrarussoshop@gmail.com , and we'll provide you with all the necessary information for the return.

Please ensure to return the item within 30 days from the delivery date of your order (or when it was available for collection).

RETURN FOR A REFUND:

We understand that sometimes you may not be satisfied with your purchases, and all you want is a refund. As long as the item is in its original condition, we accept returns according to the following rules.

An item returned within 30 days of the delivery date or availability for collection will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. If an exchange is made, the shipping cost will be covered by us.

We commit to refunding you within 14 days of receiving the item at our warehouse.

If you intend to request a refund within the specified timeframes but are unable to return the item for some reason, please contact us. Note that in this case, the refund will be at our sole discretion.

AFTER THE REQUIRED TIMELINES:

Returns of unwanted items after the specified timeframes will not be accepted. If a return is sent after the requested timeframe, we may have to refuse it.

SHIPMENT RECEIPT:

The return remains the responsibility of the sender until it reaches our warehouse. Always request the shipping receipt for your returns, as we may need it later (it is free from both the post office and other authorized centers).

ORIGINAL CONDITIONS:

Hygiene and safety are paramount. Try on the item as you would in a store, but please do not use it extensively. If an item is returned damaged, shows signs of use, or is in an unsuitable condition, a refund cannot be issued, and we may need to send the item back (with shipping costs covered by you). All returned items are carefully checked upon receipt at the warehouse.

All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.


RESPONSIBILITY:

Items you intend to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so package them carefully to prevent damage during transport.

For the same reason, always request the shipment receipt for your returns (free from the post office and other authorized centers).

RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE ITEM:

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirming the refund.


If you're returning items from different orders, ship them in separate packages with the items divided for each order.


We will refund the purchase price to the account originally used for the purchase (including sale items). The amount will be available in your account within a maximum of 10 working days from the refund date.
